XC10-041-250 4-Port Power and Ethernet over Coax (EPoC) Switch
The Aetek XC10-041-250 is a 4-Port Power and Ethernet over Coax (EPoC) Switch equipped with 4-ports BNC, 1-port Gigabit and the internal 250w power supply.
EPoC (Ethernet & Power over Coax) is a long-reach solution providing data and PoE over RG6 coaxial cable up to 1200m (3937ft) for any brand of PoE IP camera.
Besides being a long range PoE solution, the XC-041-250 is often used to upgrade legacy CCTV to IP surveillance without changing existing RG59/RG6 coaxial cable.
Furthermore, for outdoor EPoC applications, the XE22-110-TX and XE22-120-TX models work as end-point devices and are a rugged and economical alternative to optical fiber, to power remote PoE IP cameras and is more convenient than optical fiber solution which often do not carry power.
